All our Client Care packages are based on a monthly payment. All packages including a SSL Cert require a 1 year commitment as a SSL cert is purchased and installed for the year.

NOTE:
Any existing issues or retrospective work is not included if you take up one of our Monthly Client Care Packages. If an update has an impact on the function of the site we will restore the backup and advise you of any issues and what may be required to fix these issues. Should there be additional costs to fix these issues then our hourly rate of €60 + VAT will apply and an estimation of the cost can be quoted for by STORM web development Ltd.
When your website is critical to your business, please bear in mind that all software is vulnerable so maintenance is needed. Just like a car, your website needs care, maintenance and servicing to get optimal performance, so we do recommend monthly website maintenance.
